Garth Day Year Auctioneers, a reputable firm in debt recovery, repossession, and asset auction services, is expanding its operations and seeking qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in business or related course

• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in debt recovery, repossession, or related field.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Sound knowledge of Kenyan laws on asset recovery and debt collection.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding client payments and maintain accurate collection records
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding their accounts via phone, email, and in-person
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account issues
• Prepare regular reports on collection status
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and financial regulations

Requirements

• A minimum of a college certificate in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in collections, customer service, or credit control is an asset
